river location roof terrace high ceiling noisy lift bad shower overpriced breakfast

The location was perfect. It was right on the river. I enjoyed the large shared roof terrace. It was ideal. our room had high ceilings.

The lift was noisy and it disturbed my sleep. The shower was not great. It was actually the worst I have experienced. Breakfast seemed overpriced, especially if you only wanted a light bite

dario offered helpful assistance upon my arrival. a welcome drink was provided after travel. the rooftop terrace offers views of the arno river.

the elevator is quite small, accommodating only two people comfortably.

Mediocre Stay with Some Issues

outdated room poor soundproofing

The staff was generally friendly, helpful when addressing issues.

The room I initially received did not match the photos online. It felt quite outdated. The elevator was also very small, barely fitting two people, and seemed rather old (I hope it's regularly inspected). the soundproofing was poor. Noise from other rooms was easily audible.
